Day 1 Arrive in Bangkok
Touch down in Bangkok, Thailand's capital city. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.
Day 2 Bangkok (B)
Bangkok radiates modernity with a deep root in Buddhist tradition. After breakfast, explore the city starting with the Reclining Buddha, a signature sight representing Buddhism. Take a stroll by China town, and visit the largest local wholesale flower market at Paklong Talat. In the afternoon, take a boat ride along the Chao Phaya River and Canals by a local speed boat. Visit Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, one of Thailand's best known landmarks built in the 17th century by King Taksin. Spend your evening at leisure, or enjoy an optional Thai dinner(£35) while watching classical dance at the Silom Village Restaurant.
Day 3 Bangkok (B)
After breakfast, spend full day of leisure or join Bangkok & Canal optional tour (£48). A full day to discover the Capital of Thailand, the fascinating Thai culture in this dynamic city. Start off to the Grand Palace, home of main royal residences, throne room and a large number of government estab-lishments. The Grand Palace is where every visitor must pay a visit at least once in their lifetime (Visitors are advised to dress appro-priately). Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy Canal tour and catching a glimpse of the past along the Chao Phraya River. Along the river, you will see the Grand Palace, the Temple of Dawn as well as some lovely piers with shops and cafes for visitors to sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular scenes. Explore the city on your own this evening or watch an optional Siam Niramit Light & Sound Show (£50 min 4 pax), a world class showcase of Thai culture with incredible visual effects, followed by a classic Thai dinner.
Day 4 Bangkok - Kanchanaburi (B)
This morning, after breakfast, transfer to the city of Kanchanaburi. Along the way, visit the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market with a boat trip along the small canal. You will have some free time to browse through the vendors. Continue the journey to the provincial capital Kanchanaburi. Upon arrival, visit a WWII cemetery site and the bridge at the Kwai River. Learn about history at the Death Railway Museum at WWII War Memorial.
Day 5 Kanchanaburi - Ayuthaya (B/L/D)
Depart Kanchanaburi for the historic city of Ayutthaya, the second Siamese capital after Sukhothai for over 400 years, once the largest city in Southeast Asia. Start the city tour by visiting the Ayutthaya Historical Park in the city centre, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. The remains, characterized by the reliquary towers and gigantic monasteries, give an idea of its glorious past, envision the grandeur and splendor that once was the Kingdom of Ayutthaya as you walk through the ancient town. After lunch, continue to the Chai Wattanaram Temple, built by King Prasat Thong, a commoner who overthrew the previous king and took his throne. Here, you can enjoy the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of Siam before dinner.
Day 6 Ayuthaya - Pattaya (B)
Transfer to Pattaya after breakfast. Start your morning with a visit to the illustrious Bang PaIn Royal Palace, a lakeside complex used as a summer dwelling by the Siamese royalty and their consorts, created by King Prasat Thong in 1632 (Visitors are advised to dress appropriately). Continue to drive to Pattaya. Stop by a Gem Gallery en-route, visit a Theme Park-Dark Ride into a spectacular show of the glittering world of gems. Day 7 Pattaya (B)
After breakfast at the resort, enjoy a day of leisure. Or join our full day Silver Lake Vineyard optional tour including Khao Chi Chun (Buddha Engraved Mount), Vi Harn Sian (Angels Pavilion) and Lunch (£48 min 4 pax).
Start with Vi Harn Sian (Angels Pavilion) Angel pavilion is the center that puts together the grandest ancient Chinese artifacts valued over THB 1 billion. Rare art items from three religions, Buddhism, Tao, and Confucianism are in the collection here. Inside the pavilion you will find grand ancient artifacts and art pieces from China which are invaluable giving a feeling of walking along the corridor of a forefront Chinese museum. Then we take you to visit Buddha Engrave Mount of Chi Chun. The Buddha image is in the form of The Attitude of Subduing Mara laser engraved on the cliff of Chi Chun Mount. It reflects the art of mixed-Sukhothai-Lanna style at 130m height and 70m width containing Buddha relics inside of the chest. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Silver Lake Grape Farm, the one and only grape farm in Thailand’s eastern region spreads 192 sq. km. Inside lies a huge water retention area that will render the perfect blend of natural beauty of sunset reflecting silver glitter. That is how the name Silver Lake came. Deeper in the farm, you will find fresh grapes, grape products, wines, a restaurant, and a trolley service that will take you around to taste the wines and see the production. There are a large variety of gift products from grapes for you to choose from such as juice, jam, jelly, raisins and cookies.
Day 8 Pattaya - Bangkok (B)
Have a restful morning at leisure and check out of the resort at 12 pm. Transfer to Bangkok in the afternoon, visit Siam Square Shopping Arcade and MBK Mall.
